Payment methods
You can pay by PayPal, credit card, prepayment by bank transfer, Klarna Pay now, Klarna pay later, Klarna slice it, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
If you choose prepayment by "bank transfer", please transfer the full amount to the account that is displayed directly after checkout and is also indicated in the confirmation email. Please use the order number as reason for payment, so that we can allocate the payment as quickly as possible.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.

We ship within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping costs Germany
For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of 4,90€ per order. Orders above 49,99€ are shipped within Germany free of charge.
Shipping costs Europe
For delivery within Europe we charge a flat rate: 12,99€ per order. Outside Germany we also deliver to all other EU countries.
Shipping carrier
We ship your order with GLS or UPS, our partners for highest quality standards, fast and safe transports. You will also receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Delivery times
SAs far as no other time limit is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place within 1-2 days in Germany (Germany), for deliveries abroad within 2-4 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
