Returns and repair
Your device is broken or you are not satisfied with it? No problem.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please proceed as follows:
1. Contact us via the contact formor send us the completed withdrawal form to support@djive.eu.
2. You will receive a return label from us, which you can use to send the device back to us free of charge via GLS.
3. After the device is received by us, the full purchase price (excluding delivery costs) will be refunded to the payment method selected at the time of purchase.
Device broken?
If your device should break within 2 years after the date of purchase, we will repair it for you free of charge. And this is how it works:
1. Contact us via the contact form or send us an email at support@djive.eu.
2. You will receive a return label from us, which you can use to send the device back to us free of charge via GLS.
3. Once we receive the product, we will repair it and return it to you as soon as possible.
