The HEPA 12 filters for the Flowmate Tower one are now available and can be found by clicking on Accessories.

1. Download the "djive home" app from the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). You can find the link/QR code here .

2. Open the app and register or log in, if you already have an account.

3. Enter your e-mail address and click on "verification code". This code will be sent to your email address.

4. Enter the verification code in the app.

5. Create a password (6 to 20 letters/numbers)

6. Click on "add devices" and select your djive device

7. Now just follow the instructions in the app to connect your device to the Wifi. (To "reset" the device, just press and hold the LED display until you hear 3 beeps sounds. Then the device is ready to be connected)

Please make sure that you are using 2.4GHz Wifi (not 5GHz).

Please mention the error code that is displayed. The following error codes indicate these problems:

E1 = voltage is too low

E2 = voltage is too high

E3 = motor is blocked

E4 = Hardware issue

E5 = Software issue

E6 = motor error

E7 = Communication error


You can choose between PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna pay later, Klarna pay now or Klarna slice it. For further information, please refer to the section Payment and shipping.

The bank details will be displayed in the checkout immediately after you have placed your order and also stated in the confirmation email. Please transfer the full amount to the given account. Please also provide your order number. As soon as we received payment, we will ship your order.

If you have chosen the payment method "Klarna pay later", please transfer the total amount to Klarna (instead of our bank account). You will receive a separate email from Klarna as soon as the order is ready for payment. In Klarna's email, further steps of the payment process will be explained.


For deliveries within Germany and Austria, we charge 4,90€ per order. Orders above 49,99€ will be shipped for free within Germany.
For deliveries within Europe, we charge 12,99€ per order.

The shipping times depend on the delivery address. Usually shipping within Germany takes 1-2 business days. Within the EU, you can expect to receive your order after 3-4 business days. You will also receive a tracking number as soon as your package has left our warehouse. That way you will always be informed about the whereabouts of your order.
